🍑Fresh Peach & Blueberry Caprese Salad🫐

Sweet summer peaches, juicy blueberries, creamy mozzarella, and fresh basil come together in this simple salad that's bursting with flavor. It's the perfect side dish for BBQs, picnics, or a light lunch—and a delicious way to enjoy seasonal produce before summer comes to an end.

### Ingredients

- 3 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls (or sliced mozzarella)
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 cups baby arugula or mixed greens (optional)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

### Instructions
